17 days until production begins on “balloons go pop” – my first short film of three being shot this spring & summer which i’ll be directing. i wrote the script a bit over a year ago – and can’t believe we are finally going try to bring it to life. it’s the first of my trilogy of character studies and probably the darkest in terms of mood and overall theme. all three stories examines and explores the human spirit, but this one will be more of a visual piece. what is it about exactly??

well it’s…. almost a murder story. balloons go pop is a surreal psycho thriller about one man’s demented rituals before he leaves his house.

this is my journey in movie making. come along for the ride. i’m sure it’s going to be filled with lots of mistakes, joys, frustrations, new developments, and all the ups and downs of producing short films. but there’s one thing that i’m completely aware of and believe whole heartedly … it’s ALL ABOUT THE PROCESS. stay the course. execute the vision. embrace the challenges.
